Lovely apartment. Very comfortable with pool and sea view.

The property was clean and all rooms had air conditioning.

There was no staff at the property. There was no host to help you with check in. Had to speak to a random person when I arrived for checking at 2pm who then spoke to the property owner to inquire which room we were staying. If we didn’t meet with this person we wouldn’t know what to do. The phone number on the website doesn’t work. We don’t had access to wifi. So we couldn’t get in touch via the website. Even though went you emailed the website you don’t get a reply until the following day. We paid for breakfast for 6 people as the picture on the website looks attractive. We didn’t know what time breakfast was going to be served again there was no host or staff at the property to inquire. Breakfast arrived at 09:30. But only for one person in a box with no tea or coffee. Just a small omelette and three tiny pastries. On top of that we had to check out at 10am. The company agreed to refund for the remaining breakfast and only charge for one breakfast. But how I be charged for one break when I was not even provided with the basic such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk. I requested for a baby cot. Although it depends on availability but I did email the company to request one for my 6 month old baby. On the day we didn’t get a cot and there was no staff at the property to ask for one nor did the phone number worked. This poses a massive safety risk and we couldn’t sleep with the baby in bed. When I emailed the company I was told it depends on availability but didn’t quite appreciate the safety risks and completely did not acknowledge that I emailed before travelling to inquire and request for one. If I was told one was not available on the day, I would have cancelled the booking. The parking space is reserved by room number but I was not informed about it and one of the guest left a nasty message on my car for parking in the wrong space. Again I was not informed about the parking restrictions when making the booking.

A beautiful villa with stunning views, very spacious and comfortable. We would happily book this villa again in the future.
