Plage Bleue Beachfront Apartments by LOV

Great location close to beaches, shops and cafes. design of apartment good with access to garden and pool, the beach is rocky but there is some sand and next door beach is good for swimming. The staff were very friendly and obliging Breakfast came from a local cafe. Adequate but not special, not exactly as described in menu.

This apartment was once luxury accommodation but now badly in need of refurbishment. Maintenance very poor and some things not resolved during our stay. Kitchen equipment not adequate, beds comfortable but bedding old and scruffy with some stains. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. A pity the owners are not willing to put a little effort in to make this a 5 star property. As it is at present, not really worth the very high price charged.

Great location on the beach, with own pool. Very close to local souvenir shop that also sold everyday groceries. Unfortunately next door to a wedding/party venue so very loud music late into night on first night.

The housekeeper was very helpful on our arrival at night. He gave us the key and escorted us the apartment. The place was nice and calm, and we had the sea in front of us. The rooms were confortable with air con.

We've already seen it from other reviews that LOV isn't very responsive so we constantly got a little nervous when they took too long to reply: we sometimes had to wait more than 24 hours for a reply to our emails, and some have gone unanswered. The same goes for Whatsapp. We would have liked them to be more responsive. They didn't give us a proper time for official Check in and out, so we had to wait the whole morning until someone come. The apartment is overall pleasant. But it seems like some fixtures and fittings lack maintenance (cupboard doors that are hard to slide open) or need changing (old pots, etc.). Would've liked if they show us how the appliances we had available worked. Fortunately, we were able to ask the cleaning lady for help.

Great place, value for the money. The Duty manager was very friendly and helpful.

The location and the situation. Staff nice to talk to. Property was well appointed with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Clean and fresh decorations .

Dining Chairs were tired and some were torn. They were a bit low for tall guests - cushions would have helped.

I would like to thank Mr Soobhug and team for their hospitality and also very professional and has made our stay a memorable one. The property give a nice view of the sea and was clean and peaceful. Well done Mr Soobhug.

Everything was good

The view, it was decent. The staff especially Vimla and Soobhug were extremely helpful.

Baking trays to be provided with an oven , couldn’t use the kitchen items as intended, Also there are bo markings to let’s us know if the utensils like glass or crockery are oven safe ! The furniture is getting old and needs replacement or a polish !

The premises are well maintained, the pool is always crystal clear. The beach access was awesome! There are a couple of hotels along the beach which made dinners and salon treatments a breeze. The cleaning staff where lovely and very accommodating to our needs.

The lounge air conditioning wasn’t working which made it very uncomfortable and humid in the communal area meaning most of the time our kids stayed in their bedrooms instead of having time together with the family. It was requested to be repaired however wasn’t tended too during our stay so may be services and working in the future.
