Modern apartment - Excellent location 50m from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops

Emplacement parfait. Calme. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité restaurants, bars, supermarché, et surtout la plage. Piscine au top. Sécurité.

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, da wir es so vorgefunden haben wie auf den Fotos und auch die Entfernung zum Strand entsprach den Angaben. Absolut nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig war Anaelle unser Host vor Ort. Wir würden gerne wieder buchen, beim nächsten mal allerdings eines der Apartments mit Terrasse.

Es war zwar alles da was wir brauchten, aber etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön, um den Geschirrspüler weniger häufig anstellen zu müssen. Außerdem wären Haken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer toll.

Nice apartement close to really nice beach and restaurants. There is plenty of parking space behind the building. We enjoyed small but really nice pool.

The location is very good.

There is no balcony, and it is not advertised anywhere on Booking.com! If we had known that there was no balcony, we would not have rented it. There is no air conditioning in every room, but it is advertised that there is. The pool is dirty in most cases.

Établissement proche de la plage et disposant de la piscine qui permet de bien en profiter à pied. L’appartement était agréable et l’accueil reçu très chaleureux pour nous mettre tout de suite à l’aise

Nice designed and clean apartment, pretty new, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the living room was nice with good tv( Netflix, YouTube ) , car parking place near the building . The host surprised us with some snacks and cold water in the fridge. We stayed only 3 nights.

The pool was not very clean and there are only stairs, but for us it was not a problem 😊

Appartement très bien situé, proche de la plage, confortable et bien équipé. .La mise à disposition de produits tels que lessive, huile... est bienvenue. La gestionnaire est sympathique et disponible en cas de nécessité. Une petite piscine est disponible, appréciable quand on voyage avec de jeunes enfants.

Le chauffeur de taxi a eu du mal à trouver la résidence car plusieurs "Modern Appartment" et lieu "les Cerisiers" à Flic-en-Flac. La gestionnaire lui a envoyé les coordonnées ce qui nous a permis d'arriver à destination après une demi-heure d'errement. La télévision nécessiterait un mode d'emploi car apparemment elle fonctionne avec une liaison Bluetooth smartphone - télévision, inutilisable car trop lent dans notre cas.

Beach and restaurant just few steps from the property, specious parking area just next to apartment. Apartment clean and well equipped, swimming pool area perfect for relaxing and chilling. Owner very communicative and responsive. Check in and check out take just a moment.

It was construction work next to it, but you can hear it only from swimming pool so it wasn’t a big deal for us.
