Modern apartment - Excellent location 50m from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops

We opted for staying at an apartment instead of a resort so we could try different restaurants and cook our own breakfast as and when we pleased. The apartment was amazing, great size, lovely terrace, some supplies in fridge and a few spices and oil to cook with. Everything you needed. Minutes from beach and short walk to restaurants etc. I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner and concierge was great and both very helpful. No complaints.

Not a complaint but just to note there is some building work going on nearby. Workmen were making fast progress and were not particularly noisy (short bursts occasionally) but it may impact the tranquility of the terrace and pool areas if they are still underway when you stay. Despite this we would definitely stay here again, I didn't find it bothersome as we were out and about doing trips and by the beach during the day.

Apartment was in an excellent location within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarket. It was very quiet at night Cecile (manager) was friendly and communicative. She assisted us with contacts for transport to/from airport and hiring taxi for day trip around island as well as recommendations for restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine was useful.

Apartment is small. Toilet lacks ventilation. Bath and beach towels are old and need replacing. (Note: We were in the 1 bedroom unit)

Perfect location! Big apartment and a great balcony!

Close to restaurants and safe.

There is construction happening all around the apartment block so the entire week was noisy, sometimes until 8pm. No outside area to dry towels etc. Took 3 days to dry inside. Communal balcony was insufficient and uncomfortable. The aircon is badly placed, directly above the bed. The basin is blocked as is the shower head. The toilet seat is broken. No change of bedding or fresh towels provided.

We liked it a lot. Very spacious and comfortable, near the beach, nice views, well equiped. We loved the bed sheets.

Didn't liked or understood a minor thing but which was unpleasant. Even though the appartment is so nice and well furnished there was only 1 garbage bag and when we asked for more the administrator said we should buy. We stayed there for 6 nights. Could't understand why there seemed to be no economy with everything else there but they didn't provide such a cheap and useful thing as a set of garbage bags.

This apartment is handsdown the best you can get for money in all of Mauritius. Fully loaded with amenities. You just need to bring your clothes and you're good to go.

Just a small problem that it is on the 2nd floor although the onsite manager Mr Mike helped us to carry our luggage up and down.

It was central and very clean. I liked the fact that one was close to just about everything. No complaints about the location or the accommodation.

Locals rented a property on the corner, and the noise was till all hours. I initially booked the accommodation for three people, then amended the booking to two people, which was confirmed but was still charged for 3 people. All queries unanswered. It would be nice if someone could look into this.
