Wonderful seafront property with breathtaking sea views. Perfectly located in the heart of Grand Baie, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. Clean, comfortable, and an ideal base for a memorable stay.

Très bel appartement, immense avec de beaux espaces face à la mer. Le fait de pouvoir partir à mon heure, sans attendre un rdv avec le gérant. Immeuble très calme à l'intérieur (moins à l'extérieur)

J'ai du appeler la personne en charge des clefs, attendre 10 minutes une fois qu'il était arrivé (visiblement l'appartement n'était pas complètement prêt); nous cherché serviettes et draps de dessus. L'éclairage est un peu juste. La rue est bruyante (peut-être du au WE ?), mais contrairement à location précédente (dans le sud, en village), il n'y a pas de chiens qui aboient toute la nuit ; on final avec des boules quies, on passe une bonne nuit. Préciser aussi que c'est un 2ème étage (presqu 3 ), sans ascenseur.

This property has such beautiful typical Mauritian decor, full of charm and character. It really captures the island’s spirit and made the stay feel special and authentic. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what you get with spacious rooms, comfort, and an excellent location. A real value for money gem in Mauritius!

Absolutely exceptional stay! The property is perfectly located right on the beachfront in the heart of Grand Baie, with stunning ocean views that you can enjoy from sunrise to sunset. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated - a true home away from home. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, shops, cafes, and water activities - yet the property still feels peaceful and private. The staff were warm, responsive, and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a view of the turquoise lagoon was simply unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better base in Mauritius. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely be back!

Location is prime.

The property has a major handicap that it is in a commercial space where most of the shops are permanently closed. the shops which are open lock the gates to two main entrances at around 7 pm so that it doesnt becomes a thorough fare for other people. However, if you reach the property after 7 pm; you would have to unlock the backdoor gate and then gain entry. the climb to your penthouse is spooky since practically you are the only guest in the entire building which now looks like a haunted space. There is one Chinese/East Asian Nationality lady who stays on the top floor but that is also not a comforting given the overall scenario i explained. The property owner is least interested in solving the problems. Two bidets and safety locker shown during booking were non functional. Using paper every day after using toilet caused hygiene issues and abraisons on private parts. property owner agreed to fix it but never came to fix it. Checkin is also problematic since the owner stays almost half an hour away. we were supposed to checkin on 2nd june but flight got delayed and reacehd on 3rd june. had informed the owner that i will reach by 8-9 am on 3rd june but still the owner came late and only after multiple calls

Amazing penthouse! Super value for money. Views to die for right in front of the sea. Clean, tidy with a traditional Mauritian decor to make you feel like you are really in Mauritius. Very friendly host!
