Beachfront penthouse with panoramic ocean view

The location and the view were both excellent. There was parking available. Having 2 bathrooms was also great.

The ensuite bathroom tended to get very wet.

Excellent accommodation in a terrific location in Grand Baie. Great sea views and sunset views. Close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc. I was traveling solo, so the apartment was way too big for me, but it was lovely to have umpteen places to sit and to watch the world go by from the balconies. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine as that's a rare occurrence when I'm travelling. The wifi and Smart TV worked well. Doovan was helpful via WhatsApp when I had questions, as was the owner when I decided I'd like to extend my stay. I extended several times as I liked the location so much.

It was a little difficult on arrival as neither I nor my taxi driver could see where in the building the apartment must be. We eventually managed to call Doovan and he came downstairs to meet me and help with my luggage.

Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment with beautiful view. Doovan was such a pleasure dealing with. Present at arrival and departure.

The host was already on site with his phone helping our driver to park at the right place.

Opposite Grand Baie Public Beach. A very spacious apartment with everything needed for an excellent stay. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and he made us feel more like friends visiting rather than customers. We would definitely go back there on future visits to Mauritius. Highly recommended!
