Breakfast was great

We couldn't use beach umbrellas because of the strong wind, so we got burned badly because sun was strong and we have to avoid beach chairs...

Velice příjemný hotel, ochotný personál připravený zvládat i větší množství hostů. Rozmanité snídaně i večeře, které se každý den měnily na jiný typ kuchyně. Hotel nabízí všechny služby vč. programu a množství aktivit. Personál zajistil i požadované aktivity mimo hotel - výlety apod.

Hotel by mohl být blíž k ČR..

The overall ambience.

While every staff was really nice and some went the extra mile to help us there was one Rooben who was nasty. Rooben was rude and threw an attitude twice for no reason. First, when I asked about breakfast facility early morning as we were checking out early. Either he lied or doesn't know what happens at the hotel. We were given boxed breakfast. He said, no box was provided. Second, my husband and daughter went to buy ice cream near the bar, his first statement was "what do you want"? He should be trained to be polite. In spite of his nasty behaviour I have scored 10 in all parameters as I feel one bad person cannot ruin a great establishment.

Roshan (our butler) and his team were fantastic. Really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Christmas and NY entertainments were great. All staff were really helpful.

Situation exceptionnelle au bord d’une magnifique plage de rêve. Le restaurant la Plantation est fabuleux avec en journée une vue magnifique sur la plage. Le personnel est très professionnel et vraiment très souriant. Le spa “The Sanctuary” propose des cures très abordables avec des soins de très haut niveau . Le soir le couple de chanteurs nous a ravi. Un très bel endroit au style colonial avec une élégance en toute simplicité.

Good location with parking facilities and nearby restaurants. Apartment was spacious and quite clean.

Foul smell in the bathrooms. Shower gel and hand wash was diluted and not appropriate for use. Some ingredients left in the kitchen were not proper for consumption and should not have been there. No access to swimming pool whilst the advert gives the impression that it was accessible to all residents.
