Il cibo. Da italiana posso dare la sufficienza . Il ristorante Plantation e’ buono

Très bel hôtel, calme, spacieux, et notre chambre, également très grande, était aussi très confortable. Les repas & les buffets sont variés et de bonne facture. Personnel très serviable et multilingue.

Tout était très bien. Peut être une petite remarque sur le rapport qualite/prix, un peu élevé. Également, la présence de chiens errants (non agressifs) dans l'hôtel n'est pas forcément rassurant sur le plan sécurité, et l'utilisation du lagon de l'hôtel par des chevaux montés en promenade n'est pas rassurant sur le plan sanitaire.

Две вещи которые понравились Кухня. Повара молодцы 2 прекрасных пляжа. Все на пятерку. Но ветренно. Есть персональный портье. Кровать хорошая. Спокойное до уныния место Подушка в Ванной это прекрасная идея.

В Ресторане Официанты и хостес жутко навязчивые. Подходят очень близко , раздражает. Ооочень взрослая бублика. Прям как пансионат в Кисловодске. В отеле нет не какого досуга. За 3000 Долларов! 6 ночей! В 21 веке это многовато за такой сервис и наполнение. Много персонала а толку мало. Уберет номер один , чай приносит другой , воду третий, мыло четвертый. На ресепшене 6 человек , суета. Ещё раздражает что нельзя записывать траты в отеле на номер, один раз с пляжа официант в номер пришло что бы оплатить заказ за 10 евро))) Зачем! Если все можно включить в финальный счёт. За воду на ужине нужно палить на месте))) Вот этото прям вообще зашкввр. 600 долларов номер и Вода 4 доллара на ужин ))))) Вы серьезно?! в 2025 году) и нужно платить сразу!

The hotel is large and quite well presented although showing its age a little. Our room was a very good size, and well appointed. The hotel has a great pool area, excellent beach access and nicely set up. An excellent gym and spa facility. It is more resort style but overall very good.

A few things frustrated us. Three days out of six our room was not serviced, despite raising the issue on the first day. Some staff were excellent, some not so. In a similar vein, had to ask three times to get the sink unblocked. The room is set up so that when you go to bed and want to put your phone or tablet on charge, the electricity cuts off so no charging. Small thing but again took three tries with staff to work out that you could not get around it. Kinda get the dress code for The Plantation but do not get it for the general dining room. Sure, no board shorts or beach wear but surely men could wear dress shorts in the dining room or the bar area? And women can wear open shoes but men cannot? Really put us off and were far happier heading to a local bar or restaurant for most of our meals. The dining room buffet is good but pretty expensive. You cannot put drinks/food on your room tab during the day. It is ridiculous that you have to bring a credit card or cash with you to the pool if you want to get anything. If you want to travel to see things, it is quite a way to most places. Having a car is a big plus - although easy to get transport if you wish. None of these are really bad on their own but little things if improved that would make the stay much better.

El hotel es fantástico, la ubicación, si buscas tranquilidad es excepcional, lo servicios el atendimiento magnifico, también el buffet. La habitación es amplísima con una cama gigante. Excelente

Creo que es normal que cobren las bebidas alcohólicas en la media pensión pero la botella de agua (o al menos la primera botella de cada comida) creo que no supondría gran gasto el no cobrarla y “queda mejor”
