Des clients réservent les chaises longues au bord de la plage alors que le réglement de l'hôtel stipule que c'est interdit.

Joli hôtel sur la très belle plage de Belle Mare. Mais emplacement moyen car on ne peut rien faire sans taxi 😏pas de village proche . Tous les déplacements dans l île sont longs et taxis assez chers. La restauration très moyenne . Petit déjeuner correct, le déjeuner snack moyen , restaurant la plantation très beau et carte correcte sans plus , et les buffets du soir très moyen beaucoup de poulet à toutes les sauces ! Mais pas le choix de la demi pension car aucun restaurant aux alentours !

Notre chambre était très bien mais malheureusement située à côté d’une « machinerie « qui devait être éteinte le soir à 22h mais souvent oubliée! Chambre 334 à ne pas accepter .

We stayed at this hotel as a family with a small child. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and there were many things we really liked. The hotel has a beautiful continental style, the rooms are very comfortable, and the cleaning was always done perfectly. The bed and pillows were great. The territory is well maintained with many trees and plants. The beach, although partly shaded and not very bright in some areas, is very good, with comfortable sunbeds and free drinking water. The sea is safe, without sea urchins, so you can swim even without water shoes. The coral reef is beautiful, and the hotel offers well-organized activities such as glass-bottom boat rides and kayaking. There is also a well-equipped playground for children and free parking. The Plantation restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a lovely view.

At the same time, a few things made our stay less relaxing. In the restaurant we did not always feel comfortable. Although the staff were polite and helpful, the atmosphere seemed intentionally made stylish and rather formal, which made it hard to relax, especially with a small child. Sometimes we were not allowed to choose our preferred table or replace a standard chair with a child’s chair, and we constantly had to remind the staff that we were two adults plus one child. It created the feeling that the staff were afraid to deviate even slightly from the rules. Having a relaxed and cozy dinner after a long day is very important for us, and unfortunately we did not get that here. Another inconvenience was that drinks at dinner cannot be charged to the room, something we have never faced in any resort before, especially considering that this is a beach resort. We had to carry cash or a credit card with us every time (same for lunch at the beach) and wait to pay before leaving, which is not ideal when traveling with a small child. Unfortunately, I also got sick after a dinner, and since I ate only at the hotel, this affected my impression of the restaurant. The food variety is good, but the general taste style is more Indian and spicy, which can feel exotic if you are not used to it. The room fragrance was also very strong at first, which could be challenging for people with allergies. However, after we asked the reception not to use additional aroma during cleaning, the issue was completely solved.

Großes Hotel im Kolonial Stil auf einem schönen weitläufigen Grundstück vor einem tollen Strand.grosse Zimmer mit Ankleideraum und Balkon. Sehr großer sauberer Pool.

Es ist halt etwas unruhig und laut im Hotel.Es werden laufend Türen geknallt,Babys weinen morgens um sechs. Man kommt nicht wirklich zur Ruhe .Der Service im Restaurant nicht 5Sterne eher so la la.Wir mussten dann spontan überteuert Halbpension dazubuchen,weil es im „Ort „ absolut nichts gab,weder Restaurant noch Café.Das ist sowieso das Problem von Mauritius:Die schönen Strände werden von den Luxushotels gekapert und es gibt keine dazugehörige Infrastruktur.Der Ort Belle Mare ist sehr traurig und man ist in einer Art Luxusgefängnis.Aussedem ist das Hotel viel zu teuer 450 Euro pro Nacht,dasgleiche kostet in Thailand die Hälfte.

Les hôtes sont super gentils et réactifs. Les lits sont confortables. À proximité de la plage de Belle Mare et du marché de Flacq.

La cuisine n’est pas vraiment équipée pour cuisiner si ce n’est un œuf sur le plat mais il y a un restaurant à 30m. Fortes odeurs de canalisations masquée par des désodorisants qui font pire que bien. L’appartement n’est pas vraiment cosy et il manque quelques équipements de base comme un étendoir pour le linge par exemple. Impossible de regarder la télévision car le son est inaudible. Le rooftop n’est pas entretenu et le jacuzzi n’est pas opérationnel.
