Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Strand in Belle Mare. Das Essen ist im The Plantation Restaurant hervorragend, auch die Themenabende im Buffet Restaurant sind nett. Das Housekeeping Personal war sehr freundlich und hat einen guten Job gemacht.

Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es müsste dringend renoviert werden, allem voran die Zimmer. Leider ist da das Essen allem voran die Teller sehr oft kalt. Uns wurde beim Check-in gesagt, dass wir auch à la carte im Buffet Restaurant bestellen können, dies war leider nicht der Fall, obwohl wir immer wieder beobachten konnten, dass es bei anderen Gästen möglich war. Das Personal an der Reception ist nicht sehr gut geschult, allem voran der junge Mann.....das ist der erste Eindruck den man als Gast gewinnt, da muss professionelle Kompetenz ersichtlich sein.

Great location, fabulous resort with superb amenities especially the Spa and Gym. Excellent selection of food with good variety.

East coast can be rather windy but one can always find a secluded spot to escape the wind.

Le buffet est SPLENDIDE!!! Jus pressé le matin, variété des repas le soir 10/10 vraiment ! Plage superbe, le rapport qualité prix est au rendez vous !!! Il y avait même un adaptateur dans la chambre, l’hôtel pense à tout c’est super de même pour les activités incluses dans le prix.

Le prix de la nourriture le midi lorsqu’on est en demi pension 45€ 2 cocktail, une assiette de fruit et 1 assiette de frites avec un sandwich

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Essen (auch am Buffet).

Sauna hatte keine eigenen Ruheräume.

Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und auch für lange Spaziergänge geeignet

Das Service beim Essen hat manchmal zu schnell und dann wieder schleppend abgeräumt. Das könnte man noch ein wenig verbessern. In Summe ist das Personal top und sehr freundlich.

Beautiful building, extraordinary scenery by the beach. Hard to beat the view. Great wide expanse at breakfast, very inclusive. Cheap water in room (for charity). Lovely bathrooms. Very clean. Very comfy big bed. Provided us with free wine for our honeymoon. Staff helpful to arrange day tips for us. Attentive staff by pool with towels and ordering drinks or food. Free water fountain by pool. Decent gym equipment.

Very expensive buffet dinner if you do b&b, doesn't even include water or any drinks. Plantation restaurant (beachfront) limited options and thought would be more special for the price. Add on service fee to every drink, excursion trips, drink at the bar etc in the hotel. Diffficult to not spend a lot of money here on top of initial cost. Staff continually trying to upsell packages to us.
