The apt is spacious, clean and comfortable with the use of a peaceful pool. Our host Oscar was extremely helpful, even arranging to take my husband to the airport when there were no cabs because of the cartel trouble on our last day. He also let us stay there after our checkout time.

There were no negatives.

El camino esta en muy malas condiciones, se averió mi coche, me gustaría haber recibido información de esto con anterioridad.

Great communication with the owner, who was very helpful with planning activities, transportation, and checking in on us to make sure our stay was going well. Comfortable place to stay for our week in PV. We enjoyed the pool very much after our walks back up from the city. Water was supplied. Internet, washer, and dryer were helpful. Close to great street tacos and restaurants. Quiet building, we had the pool and patio to ourselves every day.

Just suggestions: I would love a nice table and chairs with pool safe dishes for our happy hour and evening dinners. A kettle would be a good addition.

The facilities did not match what was advertised on Booking.com

The accommodations were dated, hot tub was not working and was cold. The decor accessories were broken, a number dishes were broken, the safe was broken and not secured to anything and could be walked away with. The trail to the Malecón was dangerous with only a few actual steps and the alternative to walking on the road was very long walk and no lighting at night. The manager was very dismissive to clients.

Departamento con espacio suficiente para 4 personas, amplio, ventilado, luminoso, cómodo, anfitrión muy atento y pendiente, lo necesario para descansar y bien ubicado.

mucho ruido de vecino del departamento de arriba, un poco sucio los lava manos, baño secundario se sale mucho el agua de la ducha, una pintadita de paredes sucias no estaría mal.

Excellent view, very nice and ample department, well furnished with all the necessary and a little extra too, pool access, clean and modern with a lot of space, one lightbulb wasn't working and it got changed immediately upon notifying the owner who was very kind and attentive.

The road isn't in a great state, especially on one side, I would not recommend driving there, it even scared one of our Ubers into going all the way around, it's pretty high up if you like exercising a bit there's a long and pretty fun staircase to go down and reach the sea in about 15 minutes, however it can be pretty tiring especially going back up.

Es un lugar con buenas instalaciones y mucha comodidad.
