"very dirty, a lot of things broken, and a lot of mold everywhere (there is a humidity problem)"

very dirty (the bed cover was a print in sweat of the bottom of previous guests), the kitchen cabinets were broken, there was mold everywhere, very moist, there was a whole in the wall and in the door, I can go on and on. We traveled through Mexico and Colombia and this accommodation was very bad.

Property Manager Oscar was great! Very accommodating! Answered all our questions quickly! Just a lovely man!

The beds…it was a double bed on a queen size frame. Not comfortable at all…the 2 single beds in the spare room are very hard and uncomfortable.. The washer wasn’t working properly before we got there, but maintenance fixed it within a few days.
