"Beautiful place and location but some shortcomings"

The location is great, the apartment is nice, modern and clean. A bit on the small side but comfortable. The rooftop is nice

The wi-fi is a show stopper as it is not pratical, it drops every 5 mins when you do have connectivity as there are also many dead zones in the aprtment itself. Checking in was a bit more laborious than necessary and the parking wasnt guaranteed despite being included. (more cars than spots).

"Felt too good to be true! But it was’t"

Great price for wonderful accommodations in the residential section of the IT hotel. Two blocks from the beach and one block from the main restaurant avenue. Absolutely great location and facilities.

The balcony was tiny and no view at all, but a quick elevator ride to the private rooftop pool/bar gives wonderful sunrise views.

Great accomodation, near the beach. I had no difficulties regarding finding the place. Strong wifi. I would book it again.

Key had to be kept in the box next to the door. I would recommend to make a copy of the key.

Location and it was clean..

Front desk did not know we were arriving and so reluctant to let us in...asked then name of the owner and we did not know as we booked through booking.com.... even though I showed him the reservation confirmation. Also the condo is on the 1st floor with no window... slider looks out to a wall... fairly dark inside..
