Marisol Beach

Amazing we were created at the front gate and welcomed us into the apartment. Lovely pool area comfy beds and excellent amenities.

The properties location is fantastic. Quiet area but close to lots of amazing restaurants and a big shopping street. The host is very helpful and the area feels very secure

The oven didn’t seem to work and not all of the hobs worked during our stay.

Location right at the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Off street parking was very handy as you otherwise must pay for parking in central Playa del Carmen. We took the ground floor apartment, which had a patio with direct pool access, which was great for the kids. The host very kindly was flexible with the check out and occupying the parking spot as we did not fly out until the evening.

It is a huge apartment with a great terrace with a pool view, two big bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and living room. The owner was very helpful with all the information what to do, where to eat and what to see in Playa del Carmen. He also provided us with water in the appartment so we didn’t have to buy it. He also helped us with ordering a taxi for going back home which was very helpful.The appartment is on a great location,just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from famous Quinta Avenida. It is very comfy and safe place to stay in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend it!

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath was in a great location, just 2 blocks off 5th avenue and 1.5 blocks from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. A large Chedraui grocery store is within a 14 minute walk. The Las Brias complex has 4 buildings surrounding a swimming pool and large palapa. Our condo was located on the ground floor and had a large terrace, complete with hammock and patio chairs. The suite was very spacious with large bedrooms, bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and living room. Each bedroom had air conditioning. (* Note there are 2 other units for rent on the 2nd / 3rd floors). Our property manager, Lucas was responsive and easily contacted using WhatsApp, if we required any info surrounding drinking water, transportation, cleaning, laundry, restaurants, etc. Please note to bring mosquito repellent with you or purchase some while there. They exist in the area.

There are 3 units for rent, but pictures for all of them which is confusing. Find out which unit you are getting. There is no elevator. We were on the ground floor which is about 8 stairs up. There is no hairdryers, ( although Lucas gave us one to use for our stay), no clothes iron although we bought one and left it in the unit. You must pay cash in pesos for the unit when you arrive, which you must be prepared for. We were, but others may not be. It would have been great if there were beach chairs, umbrellas to use or rent from Lucas as the beach is close by. We were there for a month, having them would have been nice touch. We did use the Encanto beach club a few times, which was good. Having some blankets for the beds would be nice. Just a sheet, but was good most of the time.

A large and luxurious apartment with a wonderful view of the pool. The location is excellent, 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to 5th Av. In the morning there is a wonderful view of the rising sun through the palm trees. We are travelers from Slovenia, without a plan and luckily we met the host Lukas, who deserves all the praise. He helped us with all the tours, excursions, beaches, restaurants and further destinations we need to visit. If you have the opportunity to book this accommodation, I highly recommend it.

Furniture is uncomfortable, cold and thrift store quality. Kitchen appliances and utensils are cheap quality. The photos are misleading.

Everything! Amazing apartment, great location. Free mineral water is a lovely touch. Huge balcony overlooking the pool. Comfy big beds, 2 x bathrooms - really impressed

Excellent value for money. Super quite, only steps from the beach and with a lush balcony view and inner patio to wake up to. Close to all the shops, restaurants and life on quinta avenida.

The value for the price is really good. Also Lucas from the płace has helped us in all situations. Can recommend!
