Marisol Beach

The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a great place for making day trips to the beach as well as the local shops and street life, both of which are only a few hundred feet away. The balcony was awesome!! Lots of chairs and a great spot to unwind at the end of an action-packed day. Nice showers and bathrooms and a great kitchen, it even had an automatic lime juicer - many margs were made! The beds were 2 kings and they were very comfy. Wifi worked well.

Finding the entrance was slightly confusing - the name written on the entrance to the hotel was "Las Brisas" and not Marisol Beach. The cab driver didn't know of the place but dropped us around where the GPS told us to be and even a concierge at the hotel across the street didn't know of Marisol beach when asked. Shortly thereafter Lucas, the owner, arrived and then everything was all good. He was very nice and accommodating once we found each other. One other small thing - we could've used more blankets, only a sheet was provided.

Luca’s place was really nice! we loved how spacious it was and the connection to the pool it had. Everything was really nice and if we go back to Playa del Carmen we would back to Luca’s home!

The service provided by Lucas was the excellent. He answered everything we needed and he was even sharing possible activities in the area!

This was the perfect 2-bedroom. it was very large, living room is big and both bedrooms and beds are big! perfect for 4 of us. we loved the pool deck directly outside and it was never busy. other people at the complex were very friendly. it’s a hidden gem because the beach is literally one block away. amazing location and really great value for PDC.

Our lovely 2 bed/2 bath apartment at Marisol Beach, with a terrace opening on to the central courtyard and pristine pool, was one of my best travel finds EVER! Spacious, clean, comfortable, central but not in the thick of things, and just a stone's throw to one of the best beach/resort areas of Playa del Carmen. The design of this white stucco condominium complex - with a courtyard and pool surrounded on all sides by around 4 stories of apartments - shuts out the noise of the city and also allows for security gates on the perimeter as well as at the corridor, to provide a satisfying level of security without being an eyesore. You really feel like you have found an oasis! And Lucas, the manager, couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating! A very pleasant and charming host! And all at a very reasonable price! Loved our stay!

I really can't think of anything wrong or a problem... There could have been more pots and pans and cooking utensils in the kitchen, but who cooked?

owner was great, the appartment very comfortable with a pool, everything what you need in the kitchen, even we had beach towels on demand and also the owner Lucas aranged laundry for us. Beach 100m. Very quiet at night taxi on 10th street very cheap, restaurants and shops in a close distance.

Lucas' service is excellent, large apartment, with access to the pool, huge kitchen with all appliances, comfortable beds and the beach a stone's throw away.
