Excellent location and open space.

Shower takes some time to understand and use however works fine.

They own the coffee shop on bottom level. Frappé is delicious! They also have pastries available

Locks are very secure but take some getting used too. They are difficult to use at first for those not accustomed to operation of Mexican locks. Lol

The space of the room and accommodations were complete, the outdoor open air was a nice and different experience. The large hammock addition was a great plus, and because it was January, it was very comfortable. I don't know how it would have been during the hotter months of the year.

While the bedding and towels were clean and comfortable, the overall place was not very clean. Perhaps it was because of the open-air concept, but there were very dusty areas that I think could have been cleaned more as it would not have accumulated as much if it was cleaned for every new guest. The kitchen faucet did not have any good water pressure and the stove top barely worked. I asked for a broom to sweep the floor for the 3 days we were there and there was no response, so in the end, the floors were also very dirty. In the end, it was just too dirty so we will likely not return. There were some fun little areas and great restaurants and bars nearby to explore that made our evenings entertained, a couple of nearby gyms and it's not too far from the beach but you will have to cross a busy main road. Uber is easy to catch from the locale and the restaurant underneath was convenient. Overall, it was fine and I am thankful for the experience.

Cute layout and concept

I checked in late after a flight and the room has no a/c and only one fan. Only one towel provided and no amenities even soap. Loud street noises, dogs barking and roosters. Did not stay my second night which they require a two night or I’d have canceled.
