Casa Palapa Puerto Vallarta

it’s stunning, may not be for everyone as the walls are semi open, but I found the apartment romantic. wanted to extend my trip but unfortunately it was booked after me.

The space was large and clean; very handsome and simply appointed. the balcony and small kitchen were nice bonuses. There is virtually no noise from the cafe below.

Noise-sensitive sleepers might not do well there as there is a large chicken coop across the street and more than a couple roosters.

I loved the location right above Cafe Versailles and very close to the beach and all amenities. King size bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment is beautifully decorated with lots of space and plants. Cooking facilities were a plus. The bathroom is very large and you can adjust the temperature of the ahower. Because of the heat I always had a cold showers except for the morning I left early.

Because there's no AC the apartment was very hot from midday until after dusk, the same temp as outside. Also because there are no windows you can hear every dog and vehicles passing as well as construction work. Unfortunately neither the fridge or freezer was working although the owner kindly offered to fix it, but as it was my last day, I said I could manage. I would definitely recommend it unless you are very sensitive to heat and noise.
