The place are very peaceful 🙏 the room was very nice and I enjoyed great massage 💆‍♀️

Quirky decor, friendly communication with staff (only via WhatsApp), had everything I needed for a cosy one night stay, easy to find and walk from city centre, comfy bed

The check-in instructions arrived very late but everything was fine in the end

The building was awesome. It was arty and interesting and full of cool collections of objects. There were little courtyard areas in the building where the roof was open and there were plants growing inside. Our room was spacious and comfortable. You do have to walk on metal grates you can see down to the first floor through to get to the rooms on the second floor, so if that might freak you out make sure you get a first floor room.

The bed needs a bigger blanket. It was just barely wide enough to cover two people so we kept pulling it off each other.

It is relatively close to the centre of town. However the pavement is in a terrible, dangerous condition, with obstructions and holes. When it rains (most nights) the streets are deep with dirty water which the cars speed through. Using a taxi is recommended. The staff moved us form the (terrible) Agua room to the red (heart) room.

Smoking is permitted throughout the premises. The doors look rustic but have gaps around them letting in smoke (and mosquitos) The balcony was not private but shared and had an ashtray provided, which our neighbours used to pollute our room. Dirty ashtrays - and we could not use the communal areas. The indoor pool is surrounded by a pond - a breeding ground for mosquitos. The internal garden is hot and humid - a residence for mosquitos; which will feast on you should you try to use the kitchen. The washing and drying equipment is not available (locked) and the nearest laundrette quite some distance. I suffered sore eyes and throat due to the passive smoking - the smokers refused to stop or smoke in their own room.
