The villas are very nice and well appointed. The outdoor and pool areas are spectacular. Beds are comfortable and we loved the location. It’s quiet but there are 2 nice restaurants a block away.

The hot water was unpredictable. We often had cold showers. The air conditioning was also spotty. The caretaker was great and tried his best to keep things running. No drinking water is provided.

We've spent 4 nights at the Villa and we had a perfect stay. The villa is clean and comfortable, the staff is super nice and the view from here is stunning. Our stay was above our expectations.

Der grosse Pool ist super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Uns hat es da sehr gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber das weiss man bereits beim buchen ;).

El apartamento penthouse tiene vistas muy bonitas al mar. La piscina y el jardín son muy agradables y la atención de los responsables excelente. Nos dieron el contacto de un taxista de la isla para recogemos en el ferry y gestionaron el transporte de regreso al aeropuerto, muy cómodo y eficiente. Las camas son muy grandes y cómodas y el aire acondicionado y ventilador funcionaron muy bien. También proporcionan toallas de playa/piscina. Hay dos restaurantes buenos al lado. Me parece una ubicación buena si buscas estar un poco alejado de la zona masificada.

El apartamento está al lado de una zona en construcción que también se ve desde la terraza. Isla Mujeres es más caro que otros lugares en Quintana Roo, por lo que la relación calidad precio es menos interesante ahí. También sube mucho en fin de semana. Pero hay que admitir que el agua aquí sí es azul turquesa.

La vue du penthouse est magnifique! Cependant c’est 39 marches afin de s’y rendre. La piscine un gros plus! Le restaurant Maykita juste en bas est parfait mais dispendieux. La plage la plus près, est belle mais peu baignable.

La position géographique est plus complexe avec de jeunes enfants. Prévoir prendre des taxis. Il manquait une fourchette pour nourrir 4 personnes. Le bruit des chaises de l’appartement sous nous était assez puissant pour nous réveiller la nuit. Le bruit des chiens dans le quartier peut également empêcher de dormir. Prévoir des bouchons.

We travel to Isla Mujeres often and stay on the north end. This trip we wanted to try something different so we opted for something mid island. The host sent us a check in form which we completed right away. The instructions were to complete it and they would send us info on how to access the property. We waited over 2 hours on the message before finally property manager saw us at the gate and said he’d let us in. He retrieved a set of keys from the PH2 lockbox and pointed out our room. We dropped off our luggage, turned on the ac in the bedroom and headed straight to get groceries to cook dinner. Upon getting back 1 hour later, the room was still scorching hot. We booked this listing because of the kitchenette. This listing said it had ac but it did NOT specify it was ONLY in the bedroom. Which was pointless bc it DID NOT cool! To add, we had a full fridge of groceries in a fridge that would not cool down either. At this point all very upset and uncomfortable (2 adults and 2 kids) I reach out thru booking and ask them to help me with the ac bc it’s not cooling. They ask me to send a picture of the ac remote thru booking (fyi: you can’t even send pics thru here) so they send me a # and I contact them on what’s app. They tell me to put it on cool mode when the picture clearly showed it in fact was already there. I then replied that we needed to get out of there and get another hotel room bc we obviously could not stay there. (It was way way cooler outside than inside the bedroom) They then send a man to check it out who also confirmed the ac was NOT functioning correctly. We were offered the PH2 across by the man who said would go make sure it was ready for us and he’d come back to get us. He never returned and after 30 minutes we got antsy and asked if we could walk over and verify the ac was working before accepting. By then it was (12:24am) My kids were miserable and very uncomfortable. Initially ph2 did feel cooler than ph2 but after a while it felt the same.

Great spot with incredible view. Pool was spectacular. When we return to Isla we will definitely repeat at Amanecer. Thanks for some wonderful memories
