Edgar was friendly and attentive. The location was excellent, just the best. The roof garden was quite nice and that is where we spent most all if our time.

The interior of the apartment is quite small and has no comfortable place. There is no room for a sofa or soft chairs. The bed was just too small for us, especially since we stayed 8 nights. TV was huge but you can only watch it from the small bed. Potential guests should understand that there are 3 flights of stairs.

Kitchen had utensils with coffee maker, stove and microwave as advertised. Central location, easy walk from Chapala Plus bus terminal.

Good place to stay in central Chapala. A little bit expensive (as for Mexican standards) but deserves its price. Very friendly and helpful owner. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Walking distance from harbour.

We liked the private rooftop area although the flies were bad (probably just the time of year). The kitchen was well set up. The location was excellent. Manuel was very nice and spoke English much better than he thought. We had no problem communicating and he was helpful. There was plenty of cupboard spacd.

We disliked the bed. It was too small and I found it too hard. The bathroom was fairly cramped. We had no extra toilet paper and had to ask for some - there should always be an extra roll!! The only obvious thing missing frm the kitchen was a cutting board. The stairway lights to our top floor room were dangerous. It seems that some Mexican designers like floor lighting shining up. When you are trying to peer down at a steep stairway, lights shining up into your eyes simply blind you. We could say the same about the three lights in the interior dividing wall. The space inside the suite was not large and there were too many furniture items, making it feel even smaller. Parking was difficult to find and none was provided. Some masonary work had been recently done and there was dust on the counter, floor, sink and stove. Apart from the engineering/design flaws, there seemed to be a general lack of care. After Manuel let us in and gave us the key, we never saw any staff member again (we were there for 2 days).
