The decor was alright

The staff was horrible. Our flight was delayed so i called ahead to make sure a late check in would not be a problem. I was assured several times (rudely may i add) that thats alright. When booking the property i also asked for the sofabed to be provided which they also assured. thats why i booked the place in the first place because we needed 2 separate sleeping arrangements, if i would not had it confirmed i would have cancelled way before. On arrival the guy who let us in asked for another 20 dollars just for the sofabed (which i was assured would have been provided beforehand without any notice of extra charge!?) and also said we need to leave at 11 because of the late check in, instead of 12. Which does not make any sense. He was incredibly rude , i tried contacting the owner again in the morning but was ghosted too

Good location in a good area. Amiable hosts try their best to solve problems and help.

Bed mattres was great! Just what I needed; Quality rest.

We organised an early check in which wasn’t honoured, after 26 hours of travelling this was a real disappointment to say the least. There were also no instructions about the facilities, how to get fresh towels etc but especially the front door key situation where it was complicated and pretty much difficult to open.
