Check in took a long time and no one expected me there even though I had a confirmed reservation.

No breakfast , and I used a spoon to eat some food I brought and I believe the spoon was laced with something that made me sick , was not the food because it was canned,

Long wait period to check in Had some bad comments from some office staff other office staff was very helpful that was nice And did not like the silverware issue

The people were very helpful and it was in an okay area.

There were bugs and roaches in the restroom, saw 3 throughout my stay

I’ve paid for a room a week or so before to came. When I came to check-in, receptionists told me that they haven’t room for me, and if I want to stay in another room I have to pay 800 pesos extra. Then lady told me that she will cancel my reservation but she never did it. The worst service I’ve ever seen

Clean but roaches the last day

The host. He was not reliable or accessible..

Excellent hotel in Tijuana close to everything. Clean, well ventilated, spacious, strong wifi and wonderful staff. We'll definitely return!
