No tiene cortinas, sucia, no refrigerador utencilios, camas desarregladas, insegura, sin atencion de los encargados, sin internet ante estas circunstancia no me quede y hasta hoy fui atendido por un agente de expedia, cuando no me quede lo expuse a una persona que aparecio llamada Socorro, a quien le expuse porque no quedaria trate de comunicarme con el administrador y nunca contesto y sigo tratando de comunicarme con el y no constesta

Did not tell me a room was not available until I arrived on property and had to have an employee call to get ahold of property owner

This is a bare-bones, budget option for those who need to stay in the area for a short period of time (1 or 2 days). The location is excellent though. You can walk to the Hidalgo market, the gastronomic corridor, and the restaurants in the Cacho neighborhood.

This is my third time staying at this property, and things have changed over a year. They are currently renovating, so be ready for a lot of materials and debris in public areas. My room was not ready at check-in time. When I returned, there seemed to be confusion about what room I was going to be assigned. This didn't happen on previous stays. Before, all communications happened through e-mail. There were certain things not working in the room. Also, I noticed there is no way to close the door from the inside. Anybody with the door code can enter the room. To me, this is a security issue (keep in mind there are people living in the building, they rent rooms for long periods of time). My advice is to stay in a more secure and comfortable place if possible.

Too tell you the truth! I didn't like the place at all.

A list of they have a refrigerator that it works, l toll the owner About three times they ignored me! I buth milk, my milk, got bad twice, that area is a dump realy noice. I will not recommend, for nobody.

Place was not clean . Smells bad and u can also see insects in kitchen area

I called them about 10 times to let them know i was going to be late since i was coming from out of the country It sent me to VM every time They left no instructions on how to get in When I got to the place no one was there, everything was closed/locked i couldn't speak to anyone My money lost I had to rent a hotel elsewhere!
