A comunicação do anfitrião o tempo todo foi eficiente, o silêncio na hospedagem, mesmo próxima a um lugar movimentado, o espaço amplo, a boa localização, a limpeza, a boa estrutura.

O espaço entre as duas cortinas black-out deixa passar um pouco de luminosidade da rua, atrapalhando um pouco o sono.

Great, central location, and a beautiful rooftop pool. The host was nice enough to allow an early check in which was appreciated.

Check in process was exceptionally long and arduous and required several steps which required credit card pre payment and pre authorization as a security deposit. After dozens of back and fourth messages we finally got it resolved but it was incredibly frustrating and wasted time I should have been relaxing on vacation. No hotels have this process, it felt much more like and Air BNB than a hotel stay. The property manager was unwilling to offer flexibility on the billing process even considering the circumstances. I’m sure this isn’t the first time it’s happened given many visitors wouldn’t have their data on and they weren’t able to send the sigh to my Mexican number. Since I was travelling from abroad, I didn’t have data on my phone and the pre-authorization code was sent via text, forcing me to turn on my data and incur $20 in roaming fees. The unit itself was ok… the space was very tight, the bathroom was the size of a shoebox and the hallways were very dark and felt a bit dingy. For the price and check in process I wouldn’t stay again. There are better options in PDC in this price range.
