I liked the facility staff they were very nice. I liked the pools in the facility.

When we arrived to check in the facility staff didn’t have our information in there system there for they couldn’t give us our wrist bands or parking passes. The water in one of the bathrooms was cold. The tv’s in the condo we stayed in didn’t work. The person who I had direct contact with she kept calling and sending messages for me to go drop off the additional cost for the additional people at the malecon because she didn’t have a ride to go pick it up because her manager wasn’t there to take her to get it. When at the beginning they had told me that we could just give it to them when we got to the facility. The following day she messaged me again and called me again to tell me that her boss was in the U.S working on something else and that he had told her to pretty much take out the percentage from what we gave her as part of her salary which is why she was wanting us to drop off the money as soon as possible. In the master bedroom there was a couple of maintenance repairs it needs for example in the bathroom the restroom wall had a hole then the shower door needs to be fixed.

Had a great time until I noticed i was getting stung by something. At first, I thought they were mosquitoes, which are fine. It happens. But after a day or so, it kept getting worse come to find out it was bed bugs!!  It's so uncomfortable and itchy. If you would like to see pictures, I can send them. I counted 20 bites! Please consider a refund since this is something that shouldn't have happened, and I know I have followed a very expensive routine to ensure i did not bring them into my own home.

We love all the commodities in this resort and the beachfront of course. Very clean and comfortable has everything that we needed very close by.
