The food was very good and the staff was excellent

The truth is, everything was wonderful and I recommend it. We returned very happy with our stay.

The property was gorgeous, however the room we stayed in was horrible… it was filthy , oven didn’t work, fridge didn’t stay cold, bedding was dirty, couch was broken, the pull out sofa was nothing but springs, the AC was broken in the master, the door seal in the master bedroom was broken, sounded like an airport with the wind coming in, broken patio furniture, pans with no handles, holes in the floor tiles, walls were filthy, …this room was not worth 900 for 3 nights, please don’t stay here, find another condo not unit 204

Very clean. Cozy. Felt like Home. Beds were extremely comfortable . Absolutely beautiful. Will definitely reserve the same place again. I, for what it's worth, recommend staying here.

Chair pads for patio furniture would've been appreciated.

When we arrived at the condo, we checked in directly without waiting, The indoor space was large, the balcony was large and view was also great. Go downstairs directly to the beach. The location was also very good. This room was very nice. We would consider staying again.

The hot water from shower in master bedroom bathroom is a little low, which is acceptable in summer.

I absolutely loved the property! Overlooks the beach and the property is stunning and spacious! Had everything we needed and so clean!

Master bedroom shower faucet was not priperly working... very little water came out from above shower head... master bedroom left sink was clogged a d water took a long time to drain.... the wifi in the condo was not working... the other 3 bedrooms aside from the master did not have AC... the master did have a thermostat but tge other 3 bedrooms did not and were really hot at night.

I booked condo 1208 for a short family vacation, June 27-29. We arrived Thursday June 27 at around 1550. Immediately, we were experiencing trouble with the door handle, but eventually got inside, and didn’t think nothing much of it. After spending the remainder of the day at the beach. We headed back to the condo at around 10pm and once again had trouble with the door handle only this time we were permanently locked out of the condo. The door code was working, but the broken handle made it difficult to open the door. I called the number provided on the app which it went to voiced mail stating he does not check his voice mail that often so text the number. I proceeded to text the number to report our emergency as well as sending a message through the app. I never got a call or text back. The condo is not managed by the front desk so they were un able to help. Front desk stated there was nothing they can do and they did not know how to reach the owners. Security was there for moral support, but again reminded us that they cannot do anything. Luckily one of the side windows was unlocked. We all proceeded to climbed through the window, including my parents that are 70 years of age and older. I figured I haven’t heard from the owner/ property manager because it was late at night, but Friday morning came and past without hearing back from anyone. I sent a second message Friday morning, and a third message that evening. We checked out this morning (Saturday) as soon as possible not wanting to stay there a second longer. I have yet to hear a response from anyone. My family and I spent our vacation with no proper entrances or exit to the condo besides a small window. I usually stay in hotels/ resorts so this was my first and last time renting from an owner/ property manger, especially after finding out that the condo is not managed by the building. There is no way to get help for any type of emergency.
