Super location at a great price! The whole apartment is very spacious, everything you need is available (no microwave but who needs one anyway), the best was the pool (good size) since it was 10 ft from our door, my kids had a fantastic time. A good location with a short driving distance to everything. Very close to great restaurants, cafeterias and bakeries. We are planning to return.

Beds can be improved and the stove really needs an upgrade (it's functional but could be better).

Great views, quite neighbourhood with lovely restaurants nearby. Approximately 15mins drive to centre of Puerto Escondido. Family friendly, great pool, clean and tidy.

Couch cushions could be more comfortable with thicker cushions, they are quite firm but all in all it’s not a deal breaker.

La posizione è perfetta per chi desideri stare in tranquillità ma vicino a spiaggia e ristoranti. La spiaggia pubblica è a 10 minuti di distanza. Pagando 50 pesos, dall'hotel di fianco si accede a una piccola spiaggia semi-privata con acque tranquille e da cui si vede uno splendido tramonto. I letti sono comodissimi, ma noi abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto l'amaca in terrazza la sera! :) Wifi e aria condizionata sono ottimi.

Nell'appartamento non è disponibile una lavatrice, che sarebbe stata utile durante il soggiorno. abbiamo visto che nel complesso c'è una loundry room, ma l'abbiamo vista solo l'ultimo giorno e non abbiamo capito se fosse accessibile

Es un departamento muy grande, tiene todo lo necesario para estar varios días, dos recamaras con aire acondicionado, cocineta, sala, terraza, todo estaba muy bien, las camas eran cómodas y estabas cerca de playa coral (pagas 50 para entrar) y de playa bacocho, la alberca súper limpia! Y Vi unos que se quejaban del gatito pero la verdad el anda en sus asuntos, ni se deja agarrar y está limpio y saludable, tienen refrigerador, microondas, garrafón de agua por $25 y abajo una zona de lavadora por $30 la carga, se me hizo súper bien, volvería sin dudarlo. Solo ví una vez y de lejos al dueño (creo, un tal Jhon) pero ni falta hizo, todo está súper bien. y las claves que me pasaron por mensaje funcionaron perfecto, y para cerrar ventanas y puerta corrediza tienen el sistema de seguridad mexicano de un palo jajaja que si funcionaba! Así que todo fue perfecto.

Het is een heel fijn appartement! Perfect uitzicht op de oceaan verveeld niet. Veel ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Zwembad en alle voorzieningen erg schoon. Dicht in de buurt van leuke restaurants en coral playa (via hotel Mexicana naar binnen voor 50,-) 1 minpunt: er is geen waterdruk in de douche. Waardoor haar wassen eigenlijk niet te doen was. Al met al is dit wel een aanrader. Tip: in het washok hangt het telefoonnummer van taxi chauffeur Salomon. Die is goed te bereiken via whatsapp en erg betrouwbaar gebleken.

Loved the set up. The pool was so nice to relax in.

I think the wood was just treated or stained. If you bumped into it, it would put a mark on your clothes/fingers.

We liked almost everything the view, the location, clean and comfortable pool, helpful people, good restaurants near... I would give 99%

The 1% that I didn't like was the beds. They are too stiff, but other than that, they are almost excellent.
