Lack of view from room

Location was excellent, access to beaches, local varieties of cafes and restaurants. Pool area was very clean, nice outdoor space. Cleaning service was appreciated. From our large (complete with hammock) upper floor terrace, view was fantastic.

Living room sofa cushions were extremely hard, very uncomfortable. Bed was fairly firm. Pool patio lounger cushions need replacement.

Apartment was very clean, the decor was nice. In the kitchen was everything what we needed. Ocean view balcony, hammock, swimming pool and close to the beach - everything you could wish for.

Nothing

I couldn't open the email with the codes, we were lucky there were gardeners maintaining the property and we could go in and the lady overseer helped us with the codes. We felt at home, staff was amazing. Will return and recommend this property

Better kitchen equipments and instructions on trash collection and disposal. We appreciated the state being so green and protecting the environment but it would help having a written guide

The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4. The air conditioning worked great. We LOVED the pool. And it was a bonus that there is a washer and dryer on the property.

We had 2 little kids (2 & 4 yrs) so the 10-15min walk to everything was a bit long for us. But otherwise a great location.

Lack of maintenance on faucets and shower controls not even attached Bedroom ceiling fan not working. Kitchen cooking pans and pots were in poor shape (either not clean or worn out) Kitchen utincels / knives were not clean food and other things on them Fridge door handles dirty with food etc.
