Quiet location even though it is on a main road. Very attentive staff if you need anything. We have stayed here before and will most likely stay again!

Pool was okay….not fantastic. Looking a little worn.

Kitchen amenities. Knife very dull and would be nice if there was a bowl to make salad in and actual coffee mugs. Pool seemed dirty and surrounding patio and deck around pool needed a power wash.

Good location for catching the bus/colectivo.

It all started off with getting the keys for the unit, you have to call ahead of time then go to Hotel villas Mercedes. Once you complete your check in they will walk you to your room 2 blocks away uphill so packing any bag to your room is not something you want to do if you have a few extra bags to carry.. Room is in closed up corner at the bottom of the complex. Pool was not inviting and water was not clear, better pool maintenance required. Kitchen was as per photo very basic and very small. Bedroom was adequate size with air conditioning. Bathroom and shower was in the same room not properly vented so high humidity in the room making it very difficult to dry towels. Shower head also needs to be unplugged or replaced. 8.2 reviews is not adequate for this room. We only stayed here for one week.

Having to checkin at a different location. Luggage and taxi needed to get to location after checking in at different hotel that managed the hotel.

Clean apartment, pleasant and friendly staff. The view of Zihua from the window was beautiful.

The property didn't work for us. We came with a toddler. It was inconvenient to drop the bags at another location until the room was ready for check in and then pay for another cab to bring bags to this location. The property had too many stairs to come up the room and go to the pool. We didn't like the layout. Everything was closed off and felt more like a fort than a villa. Sidewalk to get to the place was impossible to conquer with a stroller. I would not really recommend it for a stay with a small child. The pool was cold even though it was late afternoon and didn't have a shallow section. There was a construction site right next door. And the location was more removed from the beach and restaurants than we would have loved to. The kitchen had only bare minimum and the electric stove was too slow to cook anything for our child. The staff is not present at this location and for all your questions and concerns you have to call their main location. We stayed one day and changed for another villa where our stay would be more pleasant and comfortable.

Location is a little out of the way from downtown, so it was quieter. Room was a good size.Clean pool, great hot water in kitchen and shower.Good size balcony.Plenty of storage. Large sink in kitchen. Large fridge.

Hot water in bathroom sink was not happening. A draining tray for the dish rack would be great. No complaints other than the 2 mentioned.
