Excellent location. Close to beach and Centro. Easy walking everywhere.

Would have liked access to a couple of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for personal use.

A little tough obtaining the keys

Location was alright, it was very quiet, the pool was quiet and clean.

I didn’t like how we had to go to an entirely different villa to pick up the keys. We arrived late at night and all we wanted to do was sleep. Luckily, after a lot of missed calls later, we got in contact with the owner and we got our keys at Villas Lupita.

Nice self contained apartment. Pool. Wifi. Great AC. Close to small store with everything in it. Close to beach. Very secure. Very clean. Nice owner and staff.

Booking map shows the property 2 blocks away making it inconvenient for check in. Ran out of water one night because electrical problem caused pump to pump water up not working. Owner invited us to his other place for showers, but we were leaving next day, so gracefully did not accept. Next morning everything fixed. Wifi was a town issue, out everywhere. Kitchen was a little small, but they have 2 bigger units. I would stay again in bigger unit. Barking dogs next door is a problem, not the fault of our owner. Pool towels would of been nice.

Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, taxis and beach, but far enough away from the bars. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and Wi-Fi was strong. The small kitchenette had everything we needed.

Even though it is in a good location, it is situated on a major street so there is vehicle noise as well as dogs and roosters. So a bit noisy, but you are in more of a local area. The steel entry door to the complex is very noisy because people forget and they just let it slam shut.

There were no chairs to sit by the pool as stated they would supply.. lots if barking dogs The pool was not clean..the filter was barely left running more than 5 or 10 mins a day, even once a maintenance issue was resolved it wasn’t filtered. They should supply portable chairs at the least to sit outdoors.. very disappointed when chairs are difficult to purchase. Also no drinking water supplied.

Bed didn't even have a blanket, had to get one. Room much smaller than the pictures. Kitchen not supplied well.
