Stylish Luxury Condo in the heart of Playa

Great location. The room offered a lot of space and it was clean and stylish. Pool area had a nice family feel. The concierge support via text was super helpful!!

The lock on the door confused us but we got used to that.

My brother and I stayed at this apartment for three nights and were very satisfied. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were large and comfortable with ceiling fans over each bed. Both bedrooms and the living room had mini-splits (a/c) that worked very well. (Note: Even in November, Playa de Carmen is hot and humid.) We used the washing machine twice and had no issues with drying our clothes on the large rack. The kitchen was large and well-provisioned. Staff was communicative and helpful. The building has 24/7 front door reception. Parking was readily accessible and easy to get in and out. Location is very close to restaurants and convenience stores. For what you get, the price is unbeatable. I strongly recommend this property!

We received the instructions prior to the arrival that had google maps to the property, the lock box code and instructions for the concierge. This made the check in easy and fast. The communication with Alejandra (our agent) was very straightforward via WA. We were very grateful for an early check in and late check out options that were granted on our request since we had a late flight back from Cancun. The property is very spacious, secure as it has 24/7 concierge and car park security on site. We were not limited to just 1 pool and were able to use entire development's pool area that spans across 4 buildings. The location is outstanding as it's a short walking distance to the busy 5th Avenue. There is 7/11, a pharmacy, kosher restaurant, gym and a spa/beauty salon outside the apartment block. The nearest beach is Playa 38th. Visiting Playa Car in August means a seaweed season, hence we did not even attempt to swim at the beach as the water was all brown. However, we knew and expected it, hence made our way to cenotes or Cozumel West side for a pristine clear waters.

If I had to really look for any, the only downside was a toughness of our bed mattress, although I understand it's a personal preference and hard to cater for everyone. This would not deter me from staying at this property again.

Very spacious, Cleanly maintained, had all the basic amenities required. Check-in was super easy, loved the way we checked-in and easy check-out.

Was eager to sit out but could not due to mosquitoes, the items which was brought by other guests was expired and not thrown, and the mopping brush was not clean, we could not use it, and one of the bathroom did not have the handwash. some of the Non-stick cookwares were damaged and not replaced. These are minor ones, it would be great if they get attention to this detail.
