Front desk was unhelpul I couldn't enter in to the apartament he said I should have a code to enter from the someone for the property they should call me and gaveta instructions that never happened so I had to find a place to stay with my kids in the midnight I just found the worst hotel in playa del carmen available terrible experience!!! I requested my refund until now I haven't hear anything from them , I email to them, called them and never answered my call. Very frustrated and disapointed!!

The condo was excellent! Very clean and roomy with a walkout to a patio and garden. The roof top swimming pool and exercise room were outstanding. The location was superb: 7-11 store just outside, grocery store around the corner, 2 minute walk to 5th avenue and 5 minute walk to the beach! The parking garage was very accessible. Rafael and Liana were both very helpful. I will try to book the same condo next time I go to Playa del Carmen!

This apartment is located very nicely near the busy parts of Playa. The place is super cozy, fully equipped and well decorated. We very much enjoyed staying here.

There were some noticeable issues; the airconditioning units were extremely filthy on the bottom. The bedrooms don’t have any real natural daylight coming in. The blinds can’t block out the lamp lights from outside.

This was a good value for the size of the accommodations and was nicely located. The rooftop pool was clean and good temperature.

Checkin at the condo was very confusing with little to no instructions. We walked in and the condo had a terrible smell, to then find out the rug was soaked in a liquid that had a bad smell. We put the area rug outside to get rid of the smell and then had to mop the floors to get the remainder of the smell out. The water in the condo had an algae/metallic smell to it so showers felt dirty. There was mold growing in all the corners of the showers and the furniture had old food still on it from the previous user.

Great interior design, super cozy. Attentive staff. Courteous owner, great professional attitude. Private underground parking garage with manned entrance/exit. Fantastic concierge. Phenomenal, gigantic rooftop pool with adjoining 3 additional gigantic pools. Altogether very nice accommodations, less than two years old.

No hot water in the back bathroom shower. Bed was broken upon arrival and couldn't be used, but got fixed upon notification the following day. Owner kindly refunded one night's stay. Internet spotty.
