"Beautiful location and nice staff with great communication"

It was a great location in walking distance to everything. Overall clean and beautifully decorated.

It was a bit difficult to find at first - we ended up getting directions from a local even with directions from staff. The knob on the toilet needs fixing and it could use places to hang towels in bathroom.

Fuimos por el festival de día de muertos, el lugar se encontraba a 4 minutos del teatro Juarez donde se llevaba acabo muchas de las actividades del festival, hay muchos restaurantes al rededor. Era muy fácil regresar ya sea para dejar recuerditos, o para abrigarte mas, no había necesidad de pedir taxi o uber. Tambien nos hacían limpieza diaria de nuestra habitación, nos dejaban toallas nuevas

The apartment is nice and comfortable. Close to Cafe Tal, which is an excellent cafe. The location is fantastic.

I had a heavy luggage and needed to take it up 3 stairs. My wife had a small injury as a result. Getting in was a complicated experience. Attention to detail in the appartment could be improved
