The sink in the bathroom leaks, we didn't have enough cutlery and the sofa bed is not long enough (feet hang off the edge).

This was a great find in Guanajuato. It was the third place I stayed and the only one that was quiet at night (it’s a noisy town!) whilst being less that 5mins walk to the historic centre. It clean, quiet and safe with a chain and bolt on the door and cctv at the entrance (important for a women travelling solo). At this price you have to excuse the decor being a bit tatty at the edges but the room is spacious and clean with an en-suite bathroom and a small dressing room with the safe. The room also has a small fridge and microwave. There’s no concierge desk but the team were very responsive on WhatsApp when I had any questions or needs and the housekeeper came daily.

There are 2 things that are easy and cheap to do that would make this a 10 - a hook on the bathroom door (I had to drape the towel over the top of the door) and also clean the mould off the roof of the shower. Otherwise a great place.

I love the self check-in process, location, and communication.

Lovely room in good location; owner’s arrival instructions etc v good & in English. Towels changed daily & cleaned.

Provided filter coffee equipment but it would be better to have a kettle for short stay guests.

I stayed in the 3rd floor in room 4, the apartment was nice with a pretty view of part of the city. The decor was alright, I like the design of the shower and the bathroom sink.

From the start communication with the host was a big problem, I didn’t get any information from host on how to check in until 30 minutes before. I was in the area hours before check in and never did the host care to mentioned that I could leave my belongings in the waiting room and take advantage of that time without having to carry my luggage around before check in, it was very exhausting and uncomfortable. As a finally got information from the host when it was time to check in I found out guests have had that opportunity to leave their stuff in the waiting area and that infuriated me. There was a few things that I didn’t like about the apartment: the water faucet in the sink was loose or broken, the dishes looked old and gross, nothing matched , you can tell there was no effort to make everything look cohesive , in the restroom the wall in front of the sink was very dirty. Couldn’t watch TV, I communicated to the host that the Dish box wasn’t working he didn’t do nothing about it.My cousin stayed in room 2 same time we were there, the apartment was much smaller than mine and they paid the same amount as us, I was in disbelief. They had the same problem Watch TV as me. Apartment price needs to be adjusted to size.

Location is good. Quiet at night and assessable to attractions. Big room. Beautiful property.

It’s a suite rather than an apartment. Blackout curtains is suggested as there are big windows next to the bed.

The response of the hosts and clear instruction and support for self checkout. The location is right in the central at the back of cafe tal. The apartment is roomy, comfy and beautifully decorated. Daily cleaning service. I had a beautiful time in Guanajuato and enjoyed my stay in this beautiful apartment.

Top notch communication. Great location. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. HUGE closet! A mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot (no coffee) + plates and cups were in the room. Amazingly, the location is quiet - no barking dogs, crowing roosters or rowdy students. Easy to access from the main street (no steps).

I wish there was a desk instead of a bureau. The space has a humid and musty smell. Perhaps placing some of those jars with the balls to absorb odor/mildew in each room (bedroom, bathroom and closet) would help. Not ADA compliant inside the building.
