Great location behind the famous Café Tel, known for the best coffee in town! We were able to access the town easily, and due to its location in a hidden alley, it's fairly quiet. You won’t hear the noise from the main street. We have a small view over the hill and can see the Monumento al Pípila.

The shower door isn’t blocking the water from the shower, and the window is facing the inner staircase, which is a bit weird. We had a quite damp bathroom.

Great location, quiet at night. The Cafe Tal nearby is one of the best! We had some problems with the shower (water not hot enough) and the heater but it was fixed very quickly :)

A bit cold

Great location, probably the best ever - not in the loud city center but still in the city center. The size of the studio is just great and it provides almost everything needed. When we came there was confusion with the cleaning and the studio was dirty, but the owner reacted very quickly and two hours later it was impeccable - I'm really grateful for the quick reaction.

1. The occupants of the higher floor were very loud during the whole first night - there should be some rules to let the other guests sleep. 2. It would be great if there's any place to hang your clothes in the bathroom - there's simply not one hanger, not for the clothes nor the towels. 3. the self check-in is great but it would be good to verify that the whole system works smooth - we had to call in order to ask for help.

This place was great in terms of facilities they have: I had heating, fan, iron with iron board, some cutleries. The bed is comfy, the room was clean and they always have hot water which is a must for this climate. The location is great! Very central but at the same time there are no loud bars, so you can have a good sleep. The manager was very nice and the instructions for getting a key and entering the property was super clear. They also have a locker on the terrace if you need to leave your stuff for some time.

There was no view form the room where I stayed, but you always can go to the terrace. It might be a little bit cold at night.

The location is good, very close to everything you need in Guanajuato

The towels were old and with stains. The bathroom did not look clean. The room is painted in a green color that makes it look sad and old.

The apartment would have been a little tricky to find but the videos Jesus sent described the location and entry perfectly. The size of the apartment was great, it had good lighting and it was fairly comfortable. There is no AC but the fan was fine for the weather we had. I appreciated finding 2 TV stations with occasional programs in English. We ate a light breakfast everyday at the very nearby and wonderful Cafe Tal - best coffee I had in Mexico. It was easy to walk to almost everything in Centro from here.

It was impossible to unpack as there was no place to put clothes; I had to leave my suitcase on the bed. The only wardrobe was full of blankets and there was no dresser. The lights in the bedroom area flickered and the fan and hair dryer could not be on at the same time. I worried a little about the safety of the electrical wiring. Overall, these were minor things.
