I visit Guanajuato often and this is my new favourite place to stay when I want to be in Centro. Fabulous location with possibly the best and clearest instructions I've ever received on how to find and enter the property. Comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, and great terrace. I had an issue with the shower head on the first night but it was promptly replaced the next morning and the communication through the whole process was spot on.

If I had to find something to pick on it would be that there could be more cutlery and dishes provided, however this didn't bother me as I ate out for most meals.

Excellent location, in a quiet side street but walkable to the center area. Decent size room, comfortable bed, warm white bedside lamps (bravo!). Fridge, microwave, coffee machine and some basic dishes. Quiet at night, no noticeable road noise, barking dogs, people shouting etc. Rooftop area is nice. WiFi was fast in my room but could use a repeater/AP on the top floor. Self check-in process was straightforward.

Thin curtains. No towel rail, hooks or toilet roll holder in the bathroom. A big 20l water bottle somewhere in the common area would be great.

There's an ongoing issue with the shower which means that it leaks on to the bathroom floor every time it's used. However, it's not a huge issue as there is cleaning service every day included with the apartment. Walls are paper thin so if you are unlucky enough to have loud neighbours in the other apartments (like we were), it can be quite a pain.
