MYMYIt was conveniently located and the interior was uniquely decorated and comfortable. Owner was very detailed with information on how to do self-check in and responded immediately to queries. Love the NETFLIX that came with the unit. All basic amenities like beverages, clean towels, shampoo were provided. Comes with 2 toilets but only 1 shower/bathroom. Can sleep 6-8 people but will need to wait to shower as there is only 1 shower/bathroom.
Traffic jam getting to the building during office hours. Waited quite long for the lift as only 1 lift was working on both days. There were a few baby cockroaches crawling in drawers, shower room and upstairs loft. These are signs that owner should seriously consider fumigating the whole unit before it is too late. One of the Queen beds was lopsided at the edge. The air-cond upstairs switches OFF on its own every 30mins despite having made sure that the TIMER is OFF. Owner should have the air-cond unit checked before the next guest checks in. My family will definitely stay here again if these few complaints are attended to by the owner.

Not really clean as many cockroach out from drawers. The bowls not clean. Aircond not cold.
MYMYMYIt is worth staying here, the room is big to fit around 6 people, friendly owner and the location is good
Some corner spaces are not so clean but it is okay because I didn't use the rack and wardrobe, this building is a bit complex, and the carpark is dark , be careful if you are traveling alone
