MYThe rate is cheap and the person handling the unit was very friendly and helpful. Getting the unit keys was also easy. I faced a much more difficult procedure elsewhere.
We encountered problems with the parking card. It was not working and we ended up wasting so much time pressing the intercom, changing entry points and looking for people to help and later found out that the parking management was not operating 24 hours (they suppose to) Security personnel was also not helping. We ended up using our touch ngo, but thankfully, we were refunded after we checked out.
MYOverall is ok.
The cleaness of place is important.Got cockroach. Rain shower need to repair, water is leaking badly.The heater can change with pump one better.

a bit complicated to find the location compared to a hotel since it is in residential area. anyway, it worth it. the whole family include adults are satisfied with the place.
