The environment is very nice and doesn't have any noise disturbance. It is very comfortable to stay here.

The floor was dirty when check-in. The water heater was not functioning well sometimes, the switch needed to be turned off and turned on again for the water heater to function again.

Nothing at all

The photo's on booking.com show a clean and well equipped apartment in a nice building. In reality it was the complete opposite. The building is in a scrubby area of town. Each apartment has a small fence in front of the door, which gives the feeling of not being in a safe area. The apartment was not clean, especially the 2 bath rooms were not well maintained. The soap dispensers provided were dirty. The towels were old and had bleach stains. In the kitchen we saw a cockroach when opening the drawer. The refrigerator was placed on the terrace and was so hot it seemed it would explode. The beds were very hard, as if you were sleeping on a wooden plank. Bed linnen was dirty w hairs. Sitting on the yellow sofa it started to itch after a minute (bugs ?). The airco in the bed room blew right into our faces. We stayed 1 night only since we arrived late and moved to another place the next morning. A TOTAL SCAM !!
