"Good but can be improved with minor improvements"

Location is good and facilities are very basic

Inappropriate furniture inadequate facilities insufficient storage. No toaster. No microwave Plugs in both rooms not working

"Strategy Location"

The owner give very clear instructions for check in and check out. Security there also friendly helping to give direction to mailbox get the key & parking lot. Condo is located walking distance to Ipoh famous eateries (chicken rice) and shops selling souvenir.

Both rooms no wardrobe, but no an issue as we stay few day only.

"Great pool."

The pool was very large. Very close to night markets. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Handy to have a washing machine.

My husband couldn't swim in the pool as he did not have the correct swimmers - board shorts were unacceptable. Balcony door did not lock. Very few kitchen utensils - would have been difficult to cook if you chose to. Beds were very hard. Place is a lot more worn than the photos show.

"Great location, not so great sleep"

Location was good and condo was clean and tidy

Beds were terrible, did not get Much sleep and sore back, owners were not very helpful with extra stuff we needed, toilet paper, pillows etc, just said flat NO, had to solve the problem ourselves

quite clean & neat, easy access to tourist spot. Nice view of Ipoh town.

At mid night there were loud noises from the top floor above this unit. Disturbed our sleep. Other than that everything was fine.

Direct contact with a concierge as all guests don't have a smart phone or are not connected to Wi-Fi on site.

To get the access card . have to go to tower b to get Wi-Fi and to communicate. Access to swimming pool. Swimming short used in resort hotel not accepted. found no logic in it as with an underwear i can have access to the pool.

Location. Fast response from the person in charge when we met some issues in that unit.

Need to improve hygiene and need pest control for the whole unit.

The accommodation was uncomfortable. At the beginning, I went to the mailbox to get the key. He said that the lock of the mailbox was broken! Later we went upstairs and couldn't find the house because we couldn't even see the house number! The door lock can't be locked, and the balcony lock can't be locked either. The bed sheets are dirty and don't seem to have been changed! sleep uncomfortable
