Questo hotel è veramente stupendo, lo consiglio vivamente. È immerso nel verde e si trova proprio di fronte la laguna , con accesso privato. La colazione viene servita in dei cestini che vengono lasciati fuori dalla camera, ho adorato questa cosa! I kayak e le sdraio sono ad uso gratuito. Spero di poter tornare presto!

La cabaña estaba muy cerca del lago

El desayuno era muy escaso y malo , la cama era incómoda , el hotel no ofrecía ningún servicio y estaba muy alejado del centro

The accommodation was great, the rooms were very trendy and made you feel like you were sleeping in a tree house. The rooms were quite spacious but lacked space to put luggages unfortunately. The shower was very big and the hot water pressure was good! I loved that they would deliver the breakfast every morning to the rooms and you could either eat it in the room, on your small sitting area outside, or down by the docks. There are a lot of secluded spaces tucked away around the property to find a relaxing place to sit and read a book which was really nice. This place is a little further up from the main town but I found this to be a positive as that meant there was little traffic in the water and near the dock. I was at another location in town and the boat traffic on all the docks were so busy so I was grateful to have a quieter place to relax during the day. The workers were great and very accommodating. They were very easy to communicate with and all spoke very good English which I realised is not common in Mexico! Overall, I would recommend this accommodation and definitely would stay here again!

I stayed in a room that was directly below another villa. You could hear everything from upstairs. When they woke up and walked around. When they went to the toilet, had a shower etc. The guests staying up top were very early risers and were already awake and walking around at 5.30am which woke me up everyday. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend booking the top room.

Colazione. Potrebbe essere più varia, ma tutto sommato ok. Stanza più vicina alla strada un po’ rumorosa.

Objet : Expérience très décevante – Manque total de considération Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant la gestion de ma réservation à Bacalar. Suite à un problème de santé indépendant de ma volonté, j’ai été contraint d’annuler deux nuits. J’ai pris la peine de prévenir plus d’une semaine à l’avance et ai formulé une demande exceptionnelle de remboursement, en expliquant clairement la situation. Non seulement ma demande a été refusée sans aucune flexibilité, mais en plus je n’ai ensuite reçu aucune réponse à mes messages. Ce manque total de communication et d’empathie est extrêmement décevant. En haute saison, il est difficile de croire que ces deux nuits n’auraient pas pu être relouées. La rigidité dont vous avez fait preuve laisse malheureusement penser que l’aspect financier prime largement sur toute considération humaine. Je peux comprendre l’existence d’une politique d’annulation, mais l’absence totale d’écoute, d’effort ou même de réponse est inacceptable. Cette expérience m’a profondément déçu et je ne recommanderai pas votre établissement. Pour ma part, ce sera la dernière fois.
