1.berada ditengah bandar 2.parking kereta luas 3.lokasi mudah accces untuk makan dan beli belah

1.bunyi bising dari kenderaan di jalan raya kerana di ruang tamu tiada air cond terpaksa buka tingkap 2.hampir tidak dapat check- in disebabkan kecuaian tuan rumah tidak dapat dihubungi selepas membayar wang deposit dengan alasan tukar no( selepas berurusan dengan pihak ke3)
