It was scam. I got changed appartment and it was dirty, old broken equipment. They changed it on the time of check in. It was awfull, I left after first night and got charged three nights.

1. Location - walking distance to KTCC mall & several food outlets, shops 2. Nice apartment view - facing the sea 3. Wifi & Netflix provided 4. Single cooking stove, microwave oven, water boiler & ironing set provided 5. Gym & pool located at 5th floor

1. Only 1 lift operate - too much hassle as the lift only can accomodate max 7 to 8 person at 1 time depending on size & if bringing luggage... even it is stated max 24 pax... no choice as the unit is located on 10th floor.... had to waste time waiting for the lift 2. Apartment cleanliness to be improve - too many insect (kamitetep) sticking to the wall & ceiling at most the unit area with minor cobwebs 3. No drinking facilities provided... pls bring your own unless you prefer to drink from the kitchen tap 4. No hairdryer...pls bring your own 5. No airconditioning unit at living area... just a small mini ceiling fan which is full of dust not enough to accomodate the space 6. RM100 deposit is required before the host can share wt you the check in procedure even though you had made full payment to Booking.com... had to call the host, then only shared to the nearer time of check in which is 3pm... 7. Heavy traffic during my stay difficulties to get in & out from the property

Great spot, clean, big apartment, nice sea view, cool breeze, smart TV for kids, comfy sofa, quick help from host's assistant.

The apartment isn't safe for kids. There's no emergency room keys if they lock themselves in. The laundry area isn't covered with grill which is dangerous and could potentially harm a child if they decide to jump off the wall. We can't lock the laundry room either. The kitchen layout is risky for kids with open stove. They only gave us a small blanket, not a comforter. And one room's fan remote doesn't work.

The host- i didn’t get back my deposit..not reply my whatapps also..

Very easy access to the mall, so food is not a problem

The host property did'nt refund deposit RM100 until now.

The Host were irresponsibly left 5 of us for 3 nights with 1 towel. Promised to send staff to clear up dirty laundry in the washing machine and resend the towels but none came after 3 days. One of the bedroom aircond was malfunction, not cold and again, the host promised to send someone to look at it but no one came after 3 days. The cushions were smelly like urinal. All those were not overnight or instant issues but Host claims that all our grievences were never highlighted to them before and it was their first time having this kind of complaint from their customer. We hope the host quickly settle the issues for next occupant.
