The location is the best, beach views, beside KTCC mall and easier access to drawbridge. Will stay here again for the location and if the owner is properly prepared when guest is coming. Except the issue stated, others is okay and the house is actually is in good condition and suitable for a family to stay.

Check-in without house being clean properly, need to wait cleaner to come to change bedsheet and clean the house. Owner seems not prepared and wifi is not working at all during our stay and owner did not checking after we inform about it.

I did not receive any check in info even up to day of arrival. When I called them, they provided info in Malay and did not respond to request for info in English. Luckily one family member is able to read and speak Malay and called the office for instructions. We arrived at the location around 5 pm and it was not ready. I have provided check in time of 3 pm. The place is not clean, towels are stained, no supplies at all, no Aircon in living room ( Aircon in bedrooms only). Door lock is hard to use when we check out per instructions to put the key in mail box. The lock did not work. We messaged and emailed. No response. Very disappointed with the stay. The review I provided is what happened. There is No lying. We did talk to the property contact about the check in. But it's only after we called several times trying to find out what to do with check in; and also I couldn't understand the instructions in Malay language. My understanding is the Host should provide the check in instructions before arrival time.

Location is strategic in between of mall, restaurant and seaside track for jogging

Sometime the door key is difficult to let it out. Need a little time to handle it.

The location is near the restaurant, easy to find food, the view is nice even though I barely see the bridge. The ocean view is superb.

The remotes for air conditioners, fans are not supplied with the battery except one remote only. There were ants walking around the kitchen. We also found 3 or 4 cockroaches walking around the house.

I stayed there 5 min. It was dirty ( long black hair on the floor). The linen looked not fresh. There was no washing machine as it turned out 2 days ago it broke down. I text to lady for a refund but no response. I do not recommend this place!!!🤢🤢🤢
