1. The apartment was very spacious than i expected. 2. Cleanliness of the apartment was superb. 3. It was walking distance to some shopping mall in that area such as Centrepoint, Suria and Wisma Merdeka all below 1km radius. 4. Also lots of small shops and restaurants located below the apartment stretching from one end to the other.

1. If you're not a sound sleeper, you might probably have trouble sleeping at night due to loud vehicle noises passing through several times. 2. Parking might be an issue too as these areas are always crowded.

Friendly staff, convenient location

The wall was leaking very seriously, living room and bedroom also got... smelly when I opened the door. It is very troublesome to check in and check out at another hotel.

It's located right at Gaya street, very convenient to go around. The apartment is very spacious, the sofa is very comfortable, the washing machine with tumble dryer really save my life.

The check in location was at Sixty3 hotel which is a little bit far away from the apartment. The tumble dryer can't really completely dry our clothes. A little bit noisy on Saturday night due to the Sunday market preparation along the Gaya street down stairs. It is quite difficult to find a parking lot around especially at the weekend.
