1. Lack of security. There were no extra lock from the inside on the main door and second door. BOTH sliding door can't be locked from the inside, referring to sliding doors towards the balconies from the living room and master bedroom. Making us feel unsafe each night! 2. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Molds and fungus can be seen everywhere especially on the balconies, windows and sliding doors.

1. The scenery is what my toddler really enjoy because he can sees the airplane landing at a distance every single day. 2. The apartment is just above the vivacity shopping mall.

1. The awful smell from the toilet drain hole. 2. Mold can be seen at the kitchen sink and the shower area. 3. No lighting at the garage. 4. No clear instruction to operate the tumbler dryer. 5. The wardrobe in one of the bedroom is abit smelly. 6. The bed is uncomfortable. 7. The lobby is at shopping car park level.

Near vivacity mall. Affordable. Security on duty. Good internet. Spacious apartment. Facilities provided such as washing machine, dryer machine, iron clothes, towel, etc. Awesome stay at this apartment ☺️☺️☺️

For those using Grab, they need to take their luggage up to suites 3 inside the mall.. More security on door please tq
