no brekkie. location is great. rooms are huge and bed's indeed comfy.

if an early check in is possible or let us leave our bags. the information of the check in can also be sent to us earlier so we can read in advance instead of fumbling with our luggage and trying to find the lobby.

• Great Service: Our host was very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. • Location: The property is very easy to find and situated in a great location, making it convenient to get around Penang.

Maintenance Issue: The air conditioning in Bedroom 1 was extremely noisy. It was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it turned on. • The Result: We had to leave the bedroom door open and rely on the living room AC to keep the room cool enough to sleep. This was quite inconvenient for privacy and comfort.

The room was clean, comfortable & well-maintained. The bed was cozy too. The host were friendly & helpful, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient. Its in the centre of georgetown. There’s also 24hrs 7E shop downstair. Parking provided & easy self check-in. Overall it was a pleasant stay & good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing apartment with nice views and pool. Location is good but a bit outside of the heart of George town. Beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Good location

Inadequate kitchen utensils, no tea towel provided to dry dishes, no drinking glasses, no electric jug for boiling water, the steam iron was un-usable because the 2 pin plug did not fit into the socket. No toaster for toasting bread, no saucepan to heat up food. It is shameful to charge renters an exhorbitant tariff and not provide the basic and necessary items for a comfortable stay.
