Magnifique appart hôtel. Il s'agit en vrai de 2 appartements collés dont l'un possède le grand salon, la cuisine , la salle à manger et 2 chambres. On a aimé le distributeur d'eau filtrée. Superbe vue et belle décoration moderne.

Une chambre sentait légèrement l'humidité à notre arrivée. L'immeuble est un peu excentré du centre-ville. Des lattes du parquet ne sont passés bien fixées.

The location was great

The second bathroom of homestay smells very bad until it's come out.all the rooms can't locked .the room never be cleaned.once I call then only be told need Whatsapp them for cleaning services in the room.after call then only 1 person came for garbage cleaning n towel replacement at night 10 pm.

The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The toilet was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, every bedroom had its own unit, and even the living area stayed nice and cool. A water filter was provided, which was convenient. The facilities were great too, my family enjoyed swimming at the pool. Self check-in was smooth and easy. Parking was included. Two lots for the 3-bedroom unit, which was really helpful.

The parking structure was quite challenging. It’s a spiral design, so driving up to level 9 felt like going on a roller coaster. Honestly, it made me think twice about going out again once I’d parked. Also, for the 3-bedroom unit, I only realized upon arrival that one of the rooms is actually separate from the other two. It would be better if the listing mentioned this clearly. Then, there’s a RM300 security deposit required, which might be inconvenient for those without extra cash on hand. Note to Host: There’s a light switch in one of the rooms that seems to have a slight short circuit. Please check and repair it for the safety of future guests.

Location is great. There are many eateries nearby. Apartment is cozy and clean.

The guard of the building is rude. The access door from the car park is faulty. Carpark is at pretty high level with spirals way to go up, experienced some motion sickness during the way up to the car park.

Good communication to the host. Very close to everything.

I hope they just have everyday house keeping.
