Tropicana 218 Macalister X Airlevate Suites

The pool and view from the room. Beds were comfy. Air con and fans were good and having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

Mis communication with facilities that were stated in the information but not provided (eg. When asked where the clothes drying rack was, they said it was the wardrobe). Was not told you have to request the complimentary cleaning when staying for more than 7 nights. Was not told that we have to use our own Netflix account so unable to watch TV. There were only 3 bowls for an apartment that sleeps 6 and there were only mugs and no glasses and only 1 knife.

The location was great. Parking was a bit challenging but good. Staff were very responsive.

Ce n est qu à quelque minutes du centre de Georgetown en grab tres pratique. En fait il s agit de 2 logements un avec une chambre et une salle de bain et l autre avec salon 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Rapport qualité prix parfait

Location, facilities and cleaness

This is the second time we had stayed with Airlevate Suites while in Penang and my family really liked their rooms. The unit we booked this round was even better than the last as it has a separate bedroom out of the main unit which already has 2 bedrooms. All three bedrooms come with ensuite bathroom which is really convenient for a big family (no need to fight for use of the bathrooms :)). Location of this condo is so convenient and this round, the unit is really clean. Airlevate Suites even had a small area (an office opposite the condo) for us to store our luggages for awhile before we depart. We will definitely stay again with Airlevate Suites when we visit Penang again.

Nothing for this round. Everything was so clean and nice.
