communication with host was great. easy check in. great location. comfortable beds. great amenities

although we stayed on a high level we could still hear some road noise.

Location was good - center of town

1) Cleanliness - Linens were stained n dirty (got it changed), apartment floor was sticky (used whole lot of detergent), lots of leaking stains on the ceiling, aircond was leaking in the middle of the night 2) Not family/kids friendly place -We didnt have proper sleep as the unit above us was making so much noise- dragging furnitures throughout the night & hammering the walls in the morning. Despite complaining to Airbnb property mgmt for 4days (with videos & recording), yet nothing was done. 3) Safety - Few times someone was trying to open the grill gate (middle of the night) 4) Carpark - Round & round all the way up to Level9 😔 5) Pool - jacuzzi not functioning n pool was dirty

Comfort & pleasant to stay for 8 of us.

The room is clean, the staff provides good service and is easy to contact via WhatsApp, it's conveniently located, not far from restaurants and shopping areas, there's no noise disturbance, and there's privacy

I liked that there was a lot of space and this was a really good value for money. 3 bedrooms and each with an bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and met us as we were checking in. This comes with access to the pools and the gym. The room has a really good view located on the 19th floor. Quick staff assistance and answers when needed.

Some of the pillows were not as comfy to sleep on as I would have liked. The access times for the gym and pool is typically around 8am - 8pm. I would have liked to go earlier in the morning but this was a rule for all residents of the building.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropicana 218 Macalister X Airlevate Suites! From the moment we booked, the communication with the management team was exceptional—quick, clear, and helpful every time I reached out. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and my child especially had a great time enjoying the family-friendly environment.
